How Do I Make My Girlfriend Stop Smoking?

We’ve all been there: you meet a beautiful, intelligent, and successful woman, and she pulls out a pack of cigarettes and lights up a smoke.

That was me, and it was my girlfriend.

But it wasn’t just me. A few other people I know have gone through this experience, and they tell me that their girlfriend has often done this in the past.

You Have to Force Yourself to Stop

I’ve had many people tell me that they haven’t been able to quit smoking yet because it’s too hard.

This is not true. You can quit.

If you have a habit of smoking, you can stop.

You don’t have to try to stop.

You don’t have to force yourself to quit. Even if you have a support system, you don’t have to try to quit.

Most of the time, when I talk to people about how to quit smoking, they say, “It’s really hard.” This is not true.

It’s really easy.

You can quit when you want to quit.

People Just Need a Little Help

The main thing people tell me is that they need a little help.

Maybe they don’t want to talk about it, maybe they don’t understand how to quit, or maybe they just need someone to help them.

If you are in this situation, I want you to know that you don’t need to quit on your own.

You don’t need to force yourself to quit.

Here’s the thing: you’re never going to quit smoking on your own.

It’s not going to happen.

You have to work at it.

You have to practice the habit.

You have to do everything you can to make it happen.

I’ll tell you what: If you want to quit smoking, you don’t have to do it alone. You don’t have to make it happen. You can do it with the help of a support system.

You can do it with the help of a friend, a family member, a partner, a therapist, or a professional.

So, let’s say you decide that you want to quit. You go through all of the steps, and you start to make progress. Then you quit.

You didn’t just quit on your own. You got help.

You got support.

You worked at it.

You practiced the habit.

You put in the work.

You got encouragement and support along the way.

You can quit smoking when you want to quit. You don’t have to do it alone.

The More You Work at It, the More Success You Have

Here’s the thing: smoking is hard to quit, but the more you work at it, the more success you will have.

When you work at it, the more progress you will make. The more you practice the habit, the more successful you will be.

The more you get out of it, the more you can keep the habit at bay.

The more you keep it at bay, the easier it will be to quit.

If you’ve been trying to quit smoking for a while, you know that it’s not easy. You don’t have to quit on your own.

Smoking Is a Hardship But It Is Not a Long Hardship

Here’s the thing: smoking is a hardship.

It’s a big, heavy, miserable hardship.

It takes a lot of time and energy.

It’s not a long hardship.

It’s not going to take you a long time.

Smoking is not going to be part of your life for the rest of your life.

The more people you talk to, the more support you will get. The more support you get, the more likely it is that you’ll be able to quit.

If you’re ready to quit, the more support you have, the more likely you are to quit.

The more support you have, the more likely you are to keep the habit in check.
